I want to cancel my subscription but it is hardly impossible! I tried to log in and then look up for the setting and subscription from the gear icon but it is not there! Please help me. I subscribe by mistake and I can’t believe how my customer rights are not respected by making so difficult to subscribe.

Thanks for reply Talia. I don’ Know as I don’t even using it. I enroll by mistake and from then paying a service I do not want!!!. Can you please help me unsubscribe? Thanks

We have checked and it looks like you are using the Self Employed product, you can cancel in the cog in the top right and billing info but you would have to be signed in via a browser as the option is not in the app.

I too want to speak to someone, I cancelled my subscription December and money has still been taken out 5 times, I can’t seem to get hold of anyone, this is really annoying.
