QB Pro 1 User Monthly Service Plan how do I log in to this. Can no longer find on my computer%21

I had to get my computer repaired a while ago and now I can't work out how to get my Quickbooks desktop back as it's no longer appears to be on my computer. I really need help with this as soon as possible as you can imagine.

You may reinstall it on your machine. Prepare the license code you have.

So how do I reinstall? I can't find anything on google about it. Just keeps wanting me to log into QB online which I don't obviously want to do.
