Querying my Subscription which is up and running as of a few weeks ago, 0.99p/m for 6 months then £14.99 p/m. I got an email saying my trial period is ending? Confused?

Why am I getting an email stating my trial period is ending if I never commenced a trial period? I started and paid for a subscription straight away.

Welcome to the Community page, @thelittlegentlec. I understand you're experiencing changes in your subscription fee. I'm here to help you understand why you're charged more after six months of your subscription.

You've visited our QuickBooks Online UK Plans & Pricing page and have noticed that we're offering a free one-month subscription or 90% off for six months. If you choose the free one-month offer, your account will be on a free trial subscription.

Since you've mentioned that you paid for the subscription immediately, I recommend contacting our live support for a thorough investigation of your account and prompt solution application.

Here's how:

  1. Head to this link: Contact Us.
  2. Select QuickBooks Online product and click Continue.
  3. Select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
  • Start a chat with a support expert.
  • Get a callback from the next available expert.

Additionally, you can also consider accessing and managing your personal Intuit account

Feel free to leave a reply if you have additional concerns with your subscription fees in QuickBooks Online. I'm here to assist you anytime.
