Hello,
I purchased an online subscription and immediately cancelled after discovering that the self-employed package cannot be upgraded. The support person said i can get a refund within the first two months, but there is no mechanism to do this.
Please can someone help to resolve this.

Thank you for your reply, I requested a callback to talk over the plan and I never got one. So this is not an option if you don't actually phone back. If you are unable to process this, I will have to contact my bank to indicate to mark it as non-delivery of service, mis-sold and not recommend Quickbooks. Sorry but i have been very disappointed by QuickBooks as a new customer.

Due to the high volume of call requests in the system, our phone representatives won't be able to call you on time. However, I'll assure you that you're already on the line for it. Requesting for a refund requires accessing your profile in a secure environment.
I'd recommend creating another call request in the system to notify our supports about it. You can follow the steps provided by AdrianRose_A.

Some more feedback for you... Most companies offer an online refund option, and you have put blockers in the way as there is no mention of this on your website. You have my account details and know that i'm awaiting a callback. I wont be chasing the refund any further and will indicate to my bank that this is an unauthorised deduction. Please can you send me your complaints postal address.
The Self Employed is represented and displayed as if it's part of the other Online counterparts. There is no warning that you cant upgrade or change. There is no indication to any of the products that you can import sales.
Sorry but Quickbooks is not for me. I will move forward to closing my account.

I've noticed that the amount has now been taken from my account and i've heard nothing since. I have not received your contact details as requested. I am speaking to my bank today to indicate the amount is unauthorised.
