Will you advise me if i can add another small business to my quickbooks, and how much will it cost?

You can add another company by creating a new subscription, the price will depend on which of our small business packages you need - you can see the differences and current offerings on our website here: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/uk/

If you use the same email address when taking out the subscription you will see your companies listed when logging in, and will be able to switch between the companies by going to the Gear icon > Switch company. 

When i try to add another business on it just tells me that i need to sign in or recover email address as it is obviously already registered. How do i get around this?

When creating a subscription there is an option for 'Already have an account? Sign-in' - select the sign-in option here and on the second screen, you'll see the option to 'Continue to buy'. 

If you're not wishing to use the same email address for this account, select the link for 'Create a new account' on the second screen. 

When you use the same email address, you'll be able to use the 'Switch company' option to flick between accounts :thumbs_up:
