Why can't I sign in to the desktop site, only the app?
Hello Aplambrose, Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community page, can we ask what exactly happens when you log onto your account on the web browser? Do you get any error messages or anything show up at all?
You have clicked a link to a site outside of the QuickBooks or ProFile Communities. By clicking "Continue", you will leave the community and be taken to that site instead.
