Why has my subscription gone down again for the second time in a month ? I cannot use this service
Hello Hollieanneclark, it is work checking to see if the money for your subscription has come out of your account. Also with you being billed though a 3rd party it is work checking with apple or google pay to see what is going on, so that you can then access your account again.
