Anyone else finding this extremely difficult to use and also how do I cancel

However, if you still want to cancel the account, please refer to these steps on how to do it.

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under Your Company, select Account and settings.
  3. Click the Billing and subscription tab on the left pane.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, tick Cancel subscription.
  5. Select Continue to cancel twice.
  6. Enter the reason for the cancellation.
  7. Choose to Submit and cancel subscription.
  8. Hit Got it.

 

After that, you'll receive an email that confirms your account was successfully canceled.
