Thank you for getting intouch , I still don't get told the customer has received and looked at the invoice unless they click the link that should be when they open or received the email as they dont click the link. I keep getting told I have outstanding invoices when I click it then says congratulations you upto date nothing there . I keep getting told my invoices are not delivered but when resend customer says I received it more than once. Why does it not put photo records straight onto system why does it tell me I now have to go online to back up. System doesn't always allow me to sign in unless I have Internet. Auto mileage doesn't always work or doubles up .
Since the update its worse
Would I be better changing plan to self employed? Or just finding another app

I wouldn't recommend transferring to QuickBooks Self-Employed as it has a different setup. We will help you check all of the issues you have, but I will let you contact our Support for that. They can use a screen-sharing tool to get the details of the issues, which will help us investigate them further.
To contact our Support team, you'll want to click on Help and repeatedly search for the words need human. Then, you'll be given a guide to asking a question. Just click on See examples if it's displayed. Then, search for need human again until you'll see an option that says I still need a human. When you click on that, you can also click on Contact us to reach out to Support.
