Could you kindly share the name of the bank or financial institution you're trying to reconnect with? Any additional details about the issue would help pinpoint the cause.
In the meantime, it’s a good idea to contact your bank directly to confirm everything is working on their side.
When reconnecting doesn’t work, you can use another supported web browser to clear old data and set up a fresh connection, which can resolve the issue.
Additionally, you can manually import transactions into QuickBooks to keep your records up to date.
