Hi @snbplaster21,
Let's take care of your bank feed issue by going through a few steps of troubleshooting:
- Open your browser's private window. It disables the cache, which is the usual cause of unexpected behaviors on browsers.
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
- If that works, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache.
- If the issue persists, open an alternative browser that's available for you.

To keep your bank balance accurate, I suggest you import the bank transactions from your bank itself. View this article to learn how: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
