When you connect an account, QuickBooks will only download the live balance and transaction data, it's not possible to use QuickBooks for any transfers or payment processing, this would still need to be handled through the bank direct. Additionally, bank credentials are only entered by the client when they set up the feed and then again every 90 days to re-authorise the connection, these aren't stored or accessible on the system. :)
