Bank statements

Hello Nettynoo21,

There are 3 ways to get your downloaded bank transactions back. You can:

• Update your Online Banking manually.
• Disconnect and reconnect your bank.
• Use a Web Connect file.

You can try either of those and you should be able to add or match them to your register.

Thanks for your reply. The bank account is already connected to quickbooks and I excluded items I thought were irrelevant. I've already matched hundreds of payments but need to bring back the items I excluded from the imported bank statement so I can put them as other expenses.
