Does anyone have the answer to how to connect individual employee credit cards to Barclaycard Commercial in the new open banking system?
It seems to be treating all as one account, with all transactions downloaded into all cards.
I have disconnected one card and am now unable to connect it again.
Any advice would be appreciated.
It only says that we have one account connected (the company account) - do I need to add the individual credit cards as subaccounts?
I don't think they were added as such previously (when it used to work!!)

If it wasn't individually added before then it should just connect the way it was beforehand for you.
Can we ask where you connected to the open banking feed before this happened or was it on the old feed connections?

What has also happened now is that I have also disconnected one of the credit cards and cannot reconnect it. Your Chat person asked if I had different credentials to log in which I don't have.
Can you send me some screenshots, instructions of how to connect individual account credit cards, maybe I need to disconnect the whole credit card account and start again, although I'm anxious about doing that.
So what happens when you try to reconnect the account you disconnected?
Is it not bringing up the option to connect that one card back up again on the list?

To add individual accounts is the same way as connecting the main account
banking>add account>search bank>follow instrections
