Can I reset the start date of my bank feed as I've put tgecwrongvstsrt date in?

Hi there, andy.

Though there isn't a direct way to reset the start date of your bank feed in QuickBooks Online (QBO), we can manually import your transaction from your bank's website through .CSV file.

Before we do that, let's exclude the uploaded transaction with an incorrect date first to avoid duplicates. Here's how:

  1. In QBO, go to Bookkeeping, select Transactions, then Banking.
  2. Click the For Review tab.
  3. Select the checkbox of the transactions to exclude.
  4. Tick Exclude.

Then, go to your bank's website and get the transactions. Make sure to get the transactions with your preferred start date.

After that, here's how to import them to QBO:

  1. Go to Bookkeeping, select Transactions, then Bank Transactions.
  2.  Click the blue tile for the account you want to upload the transactions.
  3. Select Upload from file from the Link account drop-down menu.
  4. Choose Drag or drop or select files, and locate the file you downloaded from your bank, then select Continue.
  5. From the QuickBooks account ▼ dropdown, select the account you want to upload the transactions into, then click Continue.
  6. Map the columns and tick Continue.
  7. Select the transactions to import and hit Continue.
  8. Click Yes and Done.
