Can't connect bank acc still logged on

Hi 

I'm trying to connect my Natwest bank acc but it won't connect as it says I'm logged on, on another device. I'm not as I've made sure and have left plenty of time before trying again.

It has connected at one point and downloaded my last 4 transactions from my business bank acc but nothing else.

Thank you for some advice.

NatWest Bank recognizes login session for a period of 15-30 minutes after you logged out from your online banking. This might have caused the error you encountered. Let's try to sign in to your bank's website and follow the logout process and wait for 30-45 minutes.

 

If the same error persists, I recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Self-Employed support. We received reports about some customers experiencing the same thing. We can add you to the list and provide updates directly.

 

Here's how:

  1. Click Assistant at the top right.
  2. Type talk to human.
  3. Choose your preferred support method.
