Let me provide some troubleshooting steps so you can connect Monzo to QuickBooks.
There's a possibility that a pop-up blocker on your browser is preventing the page to load. Please use this link and follow the steps on how to fix this depending on your browser: Check for pop-up blockers.
Once done, connect you Monzo account to QuickBooks. If you're using an app, here's are the steps:
- Tap the Home icon in the menu bar of your Monzo app
- Scroll down to 'Connect accounting tool'
- Tap QuickBooks.
- Transactions will sync every 24 hours after your first transaction settles.
If you're still unable to sync Monzo, I recommend uploading transactions manually to QuickBooks. Then, review, match, categorise, and add them to your bank register.
