Cannot connect my Halifax account

I understand the importance of keeping your Halifax account linked with QuickBooks Online (QBO), christian. 

 

 Currently, we have an ongoing investigation into the connection between Halifax Bank and the QBO account. Rest assured that our engineers are doing their best to fix it as soon as possible.

 

I recommend contacting our Customer Care team so you'll be added to the list of affected users. This way, you'll receive email updates on the investigation's status and be notified once it's been resolved. 

 

Here's how to reach them:

 

  1. Log in to your QBSE account.
  2. Click the Help icon.
  3. Select Contact Us.

 

In the meantime, we can import your transaction as a CSV file into your QBO company file. Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QBSE account, and go to the Profile icon.
  2. Select Imports.
  3. Click Import transactions.
  4. Follow the onscreen steps to upload the CSV file.
  5. Click Import.
