It's not great to see you've been having ongoing problems linking your Co-operative Bank in QuickBooks.
We've had previous reported incidents with this provider, however these are now resolved and feeds are updating as expected.
Do you see any specific error code and are you prompted to enter a one-time password (from your bank) when updating the connection in QuickBooks?
