Connected HSBC account not bringing through all of the transactions

To assist you better, could you let us know if you're seeing an error message when accessing your bank transactions? Any additional details will help us resolve the issue more effectively.

 

In the meantime, check your bank's website for alerts that might impact the connection. If no issues are found, try refreshing your bank feed by disconnecting and reconnecting the account:

 

If there are no visible issues, we can try disconnecting and reconnecting your bank account in QuickBooks to refresh the bank feeds. Follow these steps:

 

Disconnect Bank Account:

 

  1. Navigate to Transactions.
  2. Click the Add transaction dropdown and select Manage account.
  3. Then, click the Delete button.

 

Reconnect Bank Account:

 

  1. Click on the + Connect another account.
  2. Enter the bank or credit card name.
  3. Sign in to your bank.
  4. Click connect.

 

Alternatively, you can manually add your transactions to your QuickBooks account.
