Hi I have tried to connect to my bank. It goes through all the right avenues but when it returns to the Inuit page it says authentication failed. Any ideas
Which bank provider are you connecting to?
To troubleshoot, I'd be grateful if you could please sign-in to QuickBooks via an incognito browsing window (on Chrome, select the 3 dots in the top right > new incognito window) and add the account from there. Please also check that pop-up blockers and re-directs are disabled on the browser. :)
