There are two scenarios you can consider before you can sync your account to QuickBooks Online (QBO). I'm here to share them and help you from there.
 
First off, if you're adding a non-UK based bank account into QBO Banking service, you can do so. Let me show you how:
- Go to Banking.
 
- Select Add account.
 
- Enter your bank name or website in the Search address.
 
- Type in your login credentials.
 
- On the Which accounts do you want to connect? page, select your bank account you want to sync.
 
- Click Connect.

Meanwhile, if you want to sync your company data from one of your QBO accounts to the other, you export and import to sync them. To export your data:
- Go to the Gear icon.
 
- Under Tools, select Export Data.
 
- Select the data you want to export.
 
- Click Export to Excel.
 
Once done, you can log back into your other QBO account and import your data from there. Simply:
- Go to the Gear icon.
 
- Under Tools, select Import Data.
 
- Select the company data you recently exported from your other account.
 
- Click Import.
