Have you linked your bank account to QuickBooks Online via Open Banking? If not, you may need to re-consent your bank feed. Here's how to perform the re-consent process:
- Go to Bookkeeping and then Transactions.
- Select the drop-down arrow next to Link Accounts.
- Select Manage connections.
- Next to the bank that you need to reconfirm consent for, select the More ⋮ icon.
- Select Manage consent.
- When you're ready, select Reconfirm.
- Select OK to confirm.

In the meantime, you can upload your bank transactions using a CSV file. Once the transactions are in your books, you can match them. Here's how:
- Click on Transactions and then Bank Transactions.
- Find the downloaded transaction you want to match.
- Click on the transaction to view it in detail.
- Choose the Match option.
After matching the transactions, they will show as (C) clear in the bank register. Here's how to reconcile them:
- Go to the Transactions menu and select Chart of Accounts.
- Find the account where the transactions are located.
- Click on View Register under the Action column.
- Hit the Reconcile button in the upper-right corner.
