How can I reconnect My bank account after 90 day expiry, it goes back to loading page but gets no further?

I'll walk you through how, @sarahwilliams235.

Let's go to your bank settings to see it.

First, open your account on a private browser or an incognito window.

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
  • Press Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox).
  • Press Command + Shift + N (Safari).

Next, reconnect your bank account by following these steps.

  1. Go to Gear.
  2. Choose Bank accounts
  3. In the Search box, enter the name of the bank and account type.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your account.

QuickBooks Self-Employed will automatically download your recent bank transactions. For transactions that are older than the ones QuickBooks originally downloaded, refer to this article: Add older transactions to QuickBooks Self-Employed.

When you're done, review and categorise your transactions to put them in your accounts.

Please let me know how it goes after trying the above steps as I wanted to ensure this is resolved for you. Take care and have a great day ahead.
