When an account or financial institution doesn't appear as an option for Online Banking in QuickBooks Online, there are a couple of potential reasons:
- The bank may not support connections via Open Banking yet. Open Banking allows the sharing of financial data between banks and platforms like QBO. However, not all banks have adopted this system, so QuickBooks can't always access their data.
- The bank may not have completed its technical integration with QuickBooks for bank feed connectivity.
