Hello Janice37, thanks for reaching out to the QuickBooks Community about unreconciling. The ability to undo a reconcile can only be accessed by an accountant user. It would be a case of asking them to undo the previous month. We have included a guide on fixing reconciles here that may be helpful in fixing the reconcile issue as an alternative to undoing the reconcile. Any questions feel free to add them on the thread.
