Hello there, hollyshort. I can see you have struggled to manage your items in QuickBooks Online. I'll ensure you can import them successfully.
Before that, have you received any error messages while doing the process?
Importing a list of your products and services from Excel, CSV, or Google Sheets can save you time and allow you to download purchases from the QuickBooks sample file. Since you've encountered challenges with this process, the first step is to identify the cause of the issue. One common problem with importing is mapping. Have you attempted to remove the specific cell causing the issue? Please refer to the screenshot below for guidance.
It is indicated in the photo that before importing them, delete this cell to avoid errors. In case you've done this already. Then, let's try downloading items in a private browser.

If the issue persists, we can engage the phone support team to review your account and explore potential remedies.
We appreciate your business and hope that our products meet your expectations. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We look forward to serving you again in the future. Have a great day!
