How to reconnect bank account with QuickBooks? I can't see any transactions anymore.

Hi there, info2210. To reconnect your bank account.

Here's how:

  1. Click the Transactions tab.
  2. Select the Bank transactions section.
  3. Next to New Transaction, click the dropdown arrow.
  4. Choose the Link account.
  5. Choose your bank, then select Let’s go.
  6. Review the terms and select Agree.
  7. Sign in with your online banking credentials and follow any required security steps.
  8. Select the accounts you want to connect (current, savings, or credit card).

When you connect or reconnect a bank account in QuickBooks, it can import up to 24 months of transactions, depending on your bank.

Since you mentioned you can't see your transactions anymore. This could be due to a missing connection, which may happen if your bank was undergoing maintenance. To ensure you have the latest transactions, you can update or refresh your bank connection.

If transactions still cannot be imported after refreshing, you can manually import them by downloading your bank statement as a CSV file.

For detailed guidance on the required CSV format and step-by-step instructions for uploading it, you can refer to the article about the CSV file from your bank.
