You can exclude the categorized transactions to permanently delete them before disconnecting the bank account, Alim.
To exclude a categorized transaction, here’s how:
- In the left menu, choose Transactions and select Bank transactions.
- Select the bank tile for the account you want to disconnect.
- Select the Categorised tab.
- Select the checkbox of the transactions to exclude.
- Click the Undo button.
- Go to the For Review tab.
- Select the checkbox of the transactions to exclude.
- Select Exclude.
After that, to disconnect your bank account from the Bank transactions page, follow these steps:
- Select the bank account you need to disconnect.
- Choose the pencil icon and click Edit account info.
- Check the Disconnect this account on save box.
- Once done, click Save and Close.
