When receiving messages there is no specific code quoted, just an error message and try again later. Have cleared cache tried again but still no good.

We have looked into the background of the banking and can see it is bringing up an error regarding the sign-in information. Can we confirm do you have a pin sentry or one-time passcode with M&S bank?
Is the sign-in information the same as if you were signing into M|&S website?

The login to the M&S site and login via Quickbooks use the same credentials, a username and strong password. I do not have a pin sentry or one-time passcode on this account, yet. Further to an earlier question i now realise i have seen an error code 102.

Thank you, the refresh did not work for M&S but other accounts remain ok. I now receive the error message "For your security, M&S Bank requires additional verification info. (185)"
It is now promoting me for a security code, but I do not use a security code to login to online banking directly, in fact I do not have a key fob for M&S online banking. I will raise with customer support. Thanks again.

Error 185 generally means that your financial institution is requiring more information as your aware its asking for a security Code, Reach out to the Bank provider and ask if they have changed any verification steps/log in. If they have not come back to us and let us know and we will look further into this for you.Thanks
