I've had a problem with ONE back transac tion that hasn't copied to QuickBooks. EVerything before AND after, but not this one.How can I get this included ?

I've had a problem with ONE back transac tion that hasn't copied to QuickBooks. EVerything before AND after, but not this one.How can I get this included ?

Let's ensure that your bank connection is up to date, @Chris.

 

Please note that QuickBooks only downloads transactions after they are officially posted, not while they are pending or processing. It's advisable to wait a day or two before troubleshooting recent transactions.

 

If new transactions are missing, QuickBooks may not have downloaded them yet. While updates occur daily, you can manually update to retrieve the latest bank data.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Navigate to My Apps and choose the Accounting option.
  2. Select the Bank transaction and find the relevant bank or credit card account tile.
  3. Click the Update button (usually in the upper-right corner).
  4. Check the For Review tab again to see if the missing transaction appears.

If the update does not fix the problem, consider manually uploading your missing bank transactions using a CSV file or adding them. This way, you can maintain a complete record of your bank transactions.
