In the mobile app (iOS), I click bank account listed on the dashboard, it lights up but nothing else happens. Banking doesn’t appear anywhere in the menus either. Help!

Hello there, @jeremy28.

 

Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to help us access the Banking menu in your QuickBooks Online mobile app.

 

First is to reset the application to refresh it. Go to Help at the top menu bar, then select Reset App Data. Once done, close and re-open the app then locate the Banking menu.

 

If you're unable to find it, let's uninstall and reinstall the mobile app to make sure you have the updated version. This way, your app will perform to its best.

 

To uninstall, tap and hold the app icon and drag it into the Uninstall trash. Once done, download and install it.

  1. Open the App Store on your device and search for QuickBooks Online.
  2. Tap Free and then Install.
  3. Sign in using the same user ID and password that you used when you signed up for QBO.
