Having the exact same problem since beginning of January. At first I was able to log in each time I refreshed but now they won't link at all.

Are you receiving any error codes or messages when trying to link the co-op up in your account?
Yes, 590. Apparently it has been reported and the QB engineers are working on it, but it seems to be taking ages to find out what the issue is and fix it. Very frustrating for businesses like ours who rely on the bank feeds.
Hello SSCL1, thanks for that, yes we are aware of this issue and our higher team are working on getting it resolved in the meantime if you can csv the transactions in until it is fully resolved thanks We fully appreciate that this is not ideal and is more time consuming.
I've been having issues since December, not long after the site update, getting pretty hacked off now some 7+ weeks on, and to be honest I'm not sure they have a clue how to fix it? (See my post below)
For something so important to an accounts package it's laughable.
