I'm happy to email out customer statements, but wish to change the email template that accompanies them.

Hi Beryl R,

 

Yes, it's possible to change the email address on the customer statements. I'll guide you through the steps.

 

Before sending the statements, make sure to delete the old email address and enter the new one. I've added this screenshot as your guide:

Hi Beryl

 

Click on the cog and choose "Accounts & Settings"

Then "Sales"

Then scroll down to "messages" and click the pencil icon

Then select "Statement" from the Sales Form dropdown and you can edit the standard wording from there
