Hi memorymcdonald24, thanks for joining the Community - which bank provider are you experiencing an issue with, and does the account return any error code or message when manually selecting the update button?
I'm having issues with my 3 connected bank accounts correctly importing the transactions but I cannot view them in 'Manage Accounts'.
Been on-going now for over 3+ weeks, so they are having problems it would seem, it's a joke and makes me think I should be going elsewhere.
C'mon QB sort out all these issues, what happens when I have to re-connect to a bank that I currently cannot access???
I appreciate you for joining the thread and sharing your concerns, @thecartoonman. Please know that this isn't the experience we want you to have when managing your bank accounts in QuickBooks Online.
I'd love to help you achieve your goal, but can you tell me more about it? Have you encountered any errors when viewing your accounts from the Manage Accounts page? Or would you mind sharing the name of your bank? This way, I can check on my end if ongoing investigations are connected with your banks.

The on-going thread is below, BUT it's taking far too long to resolve and it all happened after the big update last month. At the moment, because it's correctly importing transactions it's not a huge issue, but any bank reconnections will be an issue. Let's hope it's sorted quickly and I think relates to this post as well as mine.
'As discussed with the Customer Support Expert handling your case, the behaviour you have reported has been escalated through Investigation - 'QBSE UK – "Something unexpected happened. Try again" when accessing the manage accounts in the transactions tab - Monzo / Halifax / Lloyds / Barclays/ Etsy'* to our engineering team.
The engineering team have now started their investigation into the behaviour you have reported, to discover the root cause of the issue and ultimately, resolve it.
The next update on Investigation - 'QBSE UK – "Something unexpected happened. Try again" when accessing the manage accounts in the transactions tab - Monzo / Halifax / Lloyds / Barclays/ Etsy'* has been scheduled for 1/10/2023**.'
