Is it a new connection or a reconnection? Are you getting any error messages or codes showing up? Are you doing this on the app version or the web browser version of Quickbooks?

Its An existing connection my accountant uses this last several years unfortunately
No Error Message I get a message “Something Went Wrong” try again in a few hours
However today I didn’t get that on 2 times I tried it said back to Intuiit and then the page just went blank
I have tried on the app on my iPad, on my iPhone and on the main web browser using my iPad (I dont own a computer)
This has been ongoing for 3/4more months and its frustrating.
Hello Lillies2735-goog, thanks for coming back to us so having checked in the system, we can see your getting an error 350. So error Error 350: You need to reauthorise the bank connection.
This error means that the connection between your bank account and QuickBooks Online has expired and needs to be re-established for a further 90-day period.
Remember to review the bank transactions QuickBooks downloaded before reauthorising the connection. This will prevent duplicate transactions from being downloaded when you reconnect.
