Checked my authorisation with bank and updated it to be sure, still no luck

Lloyds bank feed not updating anyone else experiencing this?

I hope you're doing well. Upon checking here, our banking team hasn't received any reports regarding issues with your bank not being able to update. However, I understand that this situation can be frustrating. To help resolve the problem, we can perform a manual update to refresh the connection between your bank and QuickBooks Online. Here are the steps you can follow:
 

  1. Go to the Banking menu then select Banking.
  2. Click on Update in the upper right. QuickBooks then begins updating your account.

 

If you're still unable to update, there's a workaround available. You can manually bring the transactions into QuickBooks Online using a WebConnect file.
