To re-authorise your bank in Quickbooks Self Employed if you can go first sign into Quickbooks on a web browser. Then firstly go to check the consent does not need updating by going to the gear icon> manage account> click the three lines> select manage consent> click reconfirm.
If that does not resolve the issue and let you refresh the banking connection, then go to the gear icon>manage account>click connect another account> search the bank account>connect
