I’ll make sure all your data from Kashflow will be transferred to QuickBooks, @GiulioBaraldi.
I appreciate you for sharing your concern with us and choosing QuickBooks.
You can manually import your list to your QuickBooks Accountant Online account by using the Import Data feature. This allows you to move your list accordingly in the system.
Before doing so, you’ll want to export your entries first from Kashflow to Excel/CSV format. Then you can follow these steps below:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Choose Import Data.
- Select which type of list you’re going to import.
- Click Browse, then select the file.
To make sure your data imports correctly, import each spreadsheet in this order:
- Customer
- Vendors
- Chart of Accounts
- Products and services
- Invoices
- Bank data
You can also visit our Apps website to look for an importer tool that can move your entries all at once, at the same time works best for you.
Let me share some video tutorials that can help manage your QuickBooks account more efficiently. It contains different topics listed horizontally. You can select each to view them.
The steps above will help you with transferring Kashflow data to QuickBooks. I'm here anytime if you have other concerns. Have a great day!
