- Sign in to QBO as a primary admin and go to Settings. Then, select Manage Users.
- On the Accountants tab, click Invite and enter their name and email address.
- Once done, select Save.
They'll receive an email invitation with instructions on accepting it and a link to access your company data if they already have QuickBooks Online Accountant. Once they accept, the status on the Manage Users page will change from Invited to Active.
