Natwest bank connection

My clients Natwest bank has been connected for a long time now. Today it says the bank is disconnected and I have to log back into to the bank.

However, it always says the credentials are incorrect but they are not (client can log in just fine).

Is this a cache issue? or being a on server? any advice would be appreciated!

This error message is associated with banking error 103. This occurs when the user ID or password is incorrect for the bank account you’re trying to connect to. We'll need to ensure you have the correct user ID and password for the bank account. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Transactions, then select Bank transactions (Take me there).
  2. Locate the card for the account that generated Error 103.
  3. Click Edit ✎.
  4. Tap Edit sign-in info.
  5. Enter your new credentials, then select Update. Then, make sure that your browser does not auto-fill your credentials.

If the issue persists, we recommend following these troubleshooting steps in connecting your account from there:

 

  1. Try using a private or incognito browser.
  2. Restart your browser.
  3. Clear your browser's cache.
  4. Use a supported and up-to-date browser.

Unfortunately this, together with contacting the bank has left the issue unresolved so I'm left to manually upload everything now.
