Error 305 isn't an error code that we have listed on our common banking errors in QuickBooks.
If you are seeing a 350 error code instead, this means that we have lost connection with your bank account and the connection needs to be established for a further 90-day period.
If you don't see a prompt to re-authorise the connection from the Manage accounts page (on the web version of QuickBooks, click the Cog > Manage accounts) please contact our support team by chat or on 0808 234 5337 so that we can take a closer look in the background. Thank you.
