We have been unable to connect to CAF bank for about 5 days now. We have tried disconnecting but all it comes up with is this. Is there a problem or is there anything else we can do. I don't want to have to import a file as it doesn't bring the information across in the same way.

Looking into this it appears CAF Bank Online are currently experiencing some issues with their online services through 3rd party providers, please see their notice posted here and try updating in QuickBooks once this has confirmed to be resolved. :)

So CAF bank is on open banking, so you should be able to connect to it. Here is the list of banks that is available.
In regards to your error 102, means Quickbooks online is unable to connect to your bank's website. These errors usually fix themselves within 24 hours.
To resolve the errors:
Can you try clearing your cache and cookies,to all time, close the browser down, reload it, log into your quickbooks and try link your CAF bank up again. This link will help you.
If you still have any issues then please let us know and we will look into it more for you.
Hi. We've tried all of that and normally it does fix itself by the next day when we have this problem but it is now 5 days since it last updated. Any more suggestions?
