Quickbooks does not allow the addition of AmericanExpress business checking and savings accounts. This is a relatively new product from AmericanExpress. Please update banking connections to include the following URL as an account import option:

The American Express is now available under Open Banking. Since you can't find the AMEX Business Checking on the list, make sure that you're using the correct URL when searching it. Here's how:
