Yes, you can integrate your bank (Barclays Business Account) to QuickBooks Online. Let me guide you how:
- Go to Banking.
- Select Connect from the landing page, or select Add account if you've already created an account.
- Search for your bank and select Continue.
- Enter the username and password you use for your bank's website in the pop-up window.
- Read through the terms and conditions and then click Agree.
- Follow the steps on your bank's internet banking page to authorise QuickBooks to connect to your bank account. Once the connection is authorised, you will automatically be taken back to QuickBooks.
- On the QuickBooks page, select the bank account you want to connect, and which account they will link to in QuickBooks.
- Select the date range for the download.
- Select Connect.
QuickBooks is now connected to your selected bank account, and your transactions will be waiting for you on the Banking page. From now on, it will automatically download transactions.
