Is there a problem connecting HSBC Kinetic Business Accounts to QB Online Live Bank Feeds?
The business owner can only view QB through their app, but as the Bookkeeper I am unable to view this.

Hello HM-Bookkeeper-UK, thanks for posting on the Community page, your client should be able to view there account on the web as well as the app. what happens when the client tries to view it on the web version? What exactly happens when you try to view your clients account as you should be able to view there details if you are on their account.

When I try to connect the bank to live feeds on the desktop, it says
"We can’t complete your request. t’s not possible to complete this request from a desktop device.

Hello HM-Bookkeeper-UK, you need to do is, is to do the connect HSBC kinetic, through the app not through browser that is why you're getting that message and it is telling you exactly what you need to do as well. You have to do the Connection through both the QBO app and HSBC Kinetic App, you cannot do it on a web browser.
We did this and connected the bank through the QB App, but will the Bank Feeds only show on QB App and not QB Desktop?
Hi HM-Bookkeeper-UK, it's great to see you've been able to add this - this is only required for the initial connection. As QuickBooks is cloud-based, all changes you make on the app will be visible on the web browser, so you'll be able to view the bank connection while on the desktop too.

I spoke to the HSBC Kinetic Team and they informed me that we are unable to view the bank feeds on a desktop, and this is only viewable from a mobile device. Even if we connect the bank feeds through the mobile device, it will not show on a desktop.
