Hi I'm new to QB. I'm trying to import my CSV file for older transactions (Co-op bank). I have downloaded the file in a 4 column format, with right date format. Have tried putting 0s in the empty cells and leaving them blank- ie done the suggested formatting tips and it still wont upload. I'd be greatful for any help!! Thanks!

Another option, use the trial version of csv2qbo converter tool to isolate the problem.
