I understand that you only need orders, products, and inventory to sync into QuickBooks Online, dave-marilyn-hot.

I'd love to help, but I am unable to verify your account. I suggest contacting Onesaas support for further assistance with the integration to QuickBooks Online. They can also help you find options for getting your data from amazon.

You may also consider posting this question to our Intuit Developer Community. It's a place where different developers and coders help each other with app development, integrations, and programming.

Onesaas or QB Connector only offers limited functions. You should explore a 3rd party paid app.

QuickBooks offers connectivity with Amazon marketplace through onesaas. There is a technical problem I need help with. Your solution is to abandon all this for another app? That’s not really helpful

Hi there, @dave-marilyn-hot

Allow me to join the thread and provide additional information about your data concern.

Fiat Lux - ASIA is correct. Onesaas or QB Connector, only offers limited functions. It only syncs orders, products, and inventory from your eCommerce store.

For now, you can follow the workaround shared by Fiat Lux - ASIA to use a third-party app that can integrate with QuickBooks and sync all your data. There are two ways to look for a third-party app. First is by going to the apps.intuit.website or navigating the Apps menu in your QBO account. Let me guide you how:

  1. Go to the Apps menu at the left pane.
  2. Select the Find Apps tab, and then type a keyword in the search bar.
  3. Click the magnifying glass to search, and then choose the app that suits your need.

Meanwhile, I'm adding below the essential materials for QBO users. It provides articles, tutorials, and an overview of the product:

Also, I encourage checking our QuickBooks Blog page to learn about the latest news and updates in QuickBooks.

Feel free to post a reply if you have other questions about third-party apps you can sync with QBO. I'll get back to you as soon as I can. Have a great day ahead!

Than you but orders, products and inventory is all I need and it should work. What I need is some technical advice to make it work.
