Hi, I am missing two months in my Quickbooks - no transactions from the 18/10/2023 and 12/12/2023 have been imported from my bank account statement. How to deal with it?

Let me help you with your missing bank transactions, Belash.

For missing transactions that are older than 90 days, you can easily retrieve them by logging in to your bank's website.

Once you're logged in, you can follow the instructions provided by your bank to download CSV files of your transactions to your computer. Before downloading, double-check the date range to ensure that you don't miss any of them.

Once you have the file, you can manually upload your transactions.

Alternatively, for missing transactions within 90 days, you can run a manual update to download them into QuickBooks.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Bookkeeping, then Transactions.
  2. Select Bank transactions.
  3. Click Update.

Moreover, you can check out this article for guidance in reviewing and categorizing your bank transactions: Categorise and match bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

I'm still all ears if you have other concerns besides missing transactions. Feel free to reply below. Stay safe!
