Hi rpm1602-gmail-co, thanks for getting back in touch
There's no way to change the file format in QuickBooks, but you can use a free online file converter to change this into CSV. You may still need to reformat after converting to meet the PAPDIS specifications.

Hi rpm1602-gmail-co It's possible to download the pension contribution report/CSV file from the Standard payroll system. Please select the reports option from the main menu > enter Workplace Pension in the 'Find a report by name' field or scroll down to the 'Payroll' section and select the report > select pension summary > save to your computer.
Thank you! I was able to download xls file containing latest report. Unfortunately it is not a CSV and not in PAPDIS format, so some transformation is required for me to be able to submit this to Cushion. Maybe there's an alternative way I'm missing, or is there a plan to export pension summary using standard format?
